Ingredients

  1. 2 cupMong Daal
  2. 1 cupMasoor Daal
  3. 1 tbspGinger paste
  4. 1 tbspGarlic paste
  5. 1onion paste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Spices
  8. 1 1/2 tbspDaal masala
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. Tarka
  11. 1/4 cupoil
  12. 1/2 tspwhole zeera (spice)

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    In a cooker add water and add the daal. Add ginger, garlic and onion paste.

    Now add the daal masala and red chilli powder. Cook it till the foam settles and then give pressure for 10 minutes.

    Now in a pan take some oil and heat it. Add whole zeera and once it crackles add it in the daal for tarka.

    Delicious mong masoor daal is ready to serve.
