In a pan heat oil and put beef,ginger garlic paste, fried onion, whole spices,fennel seeds powder, and stir. add yoghurt and stir well add some water,whole green chillies and let it cook till tender.

When meat is done layer boiled rice over
it again a layer of beef and again rice - 3
Sprinkle food color,kewra water and some fried onion.cover the lid tightly and simmer on low heat for for 5-10 minutes

Serve with raita salad
