Cooking Instructions

Boil cauliflower,carrot and potatoes.

Heat the oil in medium heat saute ginger garlic paste and then steer in onion. Cook until onion are brown.

Add tomatoes and cook until paste stir in cauliflower, carrot,and potatoes mash then properly.

Season with pav baji masala. Cover and cook for 15 min. Season with salt and stir in lemon juice.

Toast the pav and spread lightly with butter.serve garnished with chopped onion, corriender leaves and lemon wedges.
