Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchop carrots
  2. 1 cupchop cauliflower
  3. 1 cupboiled peas
  4. 1 cupchop potatoes
  5. 1 cupchop bottleguard
  6. 2onions
  7. 3tomatoes
  8. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  11. 1 tspdegi mirch powder
  12. 1 tspcoriander powder
  13. 2 tsppav bhaji masala
  14. 1lemon
  15. as neededCoriander leaves
  16. as neededButter
  17. 2green chillies

Cooking Instructions

    Chop vegetables and wash them put in pressure cooker. add haldi powder,water and salt. cook it till three whistles. In a Kadai add two tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

    Add one cup chopped onions and saute till it become light pink. Now add chopped tomatoe and green chillies.Cooked till it become soft. Now add all dry spices.mix well.

    Now open the pressure cooker and mash cooked vegetables. Add half glass of water in prepared masala for bhaji. Now add 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala and mix well.tranfer boiled and mashed vegetables and boiled peas.mix well.

    Add lemonjuice. garnish with green coriander. heat a nonstick pan. Apply butter on pav bread and serve with bhaji..
