  1. 1 kgBeef (Parchay) :
  2. 2 tbspLehson adrak Paste :
  3. 2 tbspRed Chilli Powder :
  4. 3 tspGaramMasala :
  5. 2 tbspKaccha papita (paste) :
  6. 4 tbspDahi :
  7. 2-3Onion (fried Golden brown)
  8. As per taste Salt
  9. 2 tbspSirka
  10. 2/4 cupMustard oil

Cooking Instructions

    Well wash beef meat and cut into longitudinal pieces.

    In a bowl add all spices to make a paste

  3. 3

    Add mustard oil in it

  4. 4

    Now add beef meat and coated with these paste and marinate for 12-24 hour.

  5. 5

    After marination assembled in an iron rod for roasting on coal.

  6. 6

    Red hot the coal..

  7. 7

    Now keep this beef rod stick on bbq stove and dry roast..Grease oil on the top of these kabab till it become tender and golden brown.

    Now it's ready to serve.
