Take a deep pan add milk and sugar boil on low flame.In the mean while take a kahadi on other gas heat add ghee and wheat flour and saute till it light brown,Keep aside for cool.

Now take a bowl add wheat flour than add Elaichi powder, sugar as per your taste and adjust as we have used sugar in milk also.Now add water to it to make a pakora batter.

Now add slowly, slowly pakodi in boiled milk and stir with spoon softly,keep gas on low flame while doing this process.After 3-5 minutes add kesar to it and mix.

Take out in a bowl keep in a refrigerator and cool.Now sprinkle some dry fruit and pista on the top and enjoy.😍
