In a bowl take some water and keep for boiling. Take a bigger pan and add chocolate in it. As water starts boiling keep the chocolate pan on it and keep mixing till chocolate melts. It hardly takes 5 -7 mins. Let it thicken little. Then remove the chocolate bowl. Mix it well. Then add all nuts and raisins and powdered biscuits and give it a quick mix. Make round balls and make ladoos. Cool it and store in airtight container. Refrigerate it.

Ice Cream Cake with Rum Raisins Ice Cream Cake with Rum Raisins
A friend taught me this recipe, which I love very much. After many experimentations and making minor adjustments along the way (I probably made this over 10 times), I finally came up with a recipe that tastes just how I like it.If you have rum-preserved raisins on hand, you could use the rum which the raisins were preserved in, instead of using ordinary rum. But, if you use the raisins soaked in rum, the flavor of alcohol will be too strong, making it taste bitter. If you don't have a milk carton, use a plastic container lined with a sheet of plastic wrap instead. Recipe by ::meguco:: cookpad.japan -
For Valentine's Day Treasure Chocolate Bar For Valentine's Day Treasure Chocolate Bar
This is commonly called 'chocolate salami, but it doesn't sound appetizing, so I came up with my own original name for this. Imagining the fillings as various treasures, I named it "Treasure Chocolate Bar."You can put 3~5 ingredients of your choice inside. Adjust each amount to your liking but the total amount should be the same as the amount of chocolate. You should cut the marshmallows last as they stick to the knife.Make the bar into the size of a box of aluminum foil or cling film.
