  1. 350 gself raising
  2. 50 gdark chocolate powder
  3. 200 gcooking oil
  4. 200 gsugar
  5. 1 teaspooncaramel essence
  6. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  7. 1/4 teaspoonsbaking soda
  8. Pinchsalt
  9. 4big eggs
  10. 1 cuphot coffee
  11. 1 cupwhip cream for decorating
  12. 1 tspcaramel essence
  13. 2 tbsinstant coffee

    Grease baking tin, measure ingredients, sieve flour, cocoa powder and baking soda after sieving add salt.preheat oven at 180.

    In a bowl add sugar, cooking oil, caramel essence, eggs and whisk

    Add flour in bits and coffee and fold in.

    Put in the baking tin add bake till skewers come out clean let it cool and decorate with whip cream. I cut the cake into halves and layer with whip cream
