Cooking Instructions

Place your skillet on your cooker and add two tablespoons of oil. Heat till hot enough

Add onions and cook till golden brown

Add the mushrooms. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. Mix all together and let the mushrooms cook for five minutes.

Add the tomatoes, cover your skillet and let the tomatoes cook till tender, 4-5 minutes.

Uncover the skillet, add the sour milk and soy sauce and mix everything together.

Let your stew simmer for around 3 minutes then turn off the heat, dress with some coriander and set aside.

Serve with ugali or rice. Enjoy 😉
