Homemade Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream Homemade Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream
My husband and I both love matcha ice cream. I always make my own milk ice cream, and tried it with matcha. It was really amazing, so I uploaded the recipe! This ice cream tastes best when it's just starting to melt and get creamy. Yields 4 servings. (Recipe by Hidamari luster)P.S. If you want to give the ice cream a sorbet-like texture, add more milk. I always use light brown sugar to add richness to the ice cream. cookpad.japan -
Vegan Green Tea Ice-cream Vegan Green Tea Ice-cream
I addapeted this recipe from "Ochikeron's Vegan Matcha Ice Cream" (original recipe || http://createeathappy.blogspot.com/2011/09/vegan-matcha-green-tea-banana-ice-cream.html ) It's hard to find non dairy whipping cream in my place, so I added silken tofu for smooth texture of the ice cream. It turned out more sorbet-like than one which made from whiped cream, but still tasty! npatto -

Milky Mini Ice Cream with Jasmine Tea Milky Mini Ice Cream with Jasmine Tea
I'm a huge fan of this "Jasmine Milk Tea". I thought it might be as amazing if it were made into ice cream, and I became hooked on it as I was trying it out. So, I posted this recipe here sort of for my own reminder. The ice cream becomes more milky if you use condensed milk, but you can actually use any other sweeteners of your choice. For example, if you're using honey, use 1 heaping tablespoon. Or, if you're using artificial (oligosaccharide) sweetener, use 2 tablespoons. Recipe by miyuki12 cookpad.japan -

I made this because I wanted to eat a simple, delicious black tea ice cream.I recommend pushing on the leaves with a spoon or something when you strain them. Easy Ice Cream for Halloween Easy Ice Cream for Halloween
I first heard this recipe from somebody and re-arranged it a little. It's a delicious ice cream that requires very little measuring. Please do not over mix! Mix half of jam evenly then mix the remaining half of the jam lightly. If you don’t mix heavy cream with jam at all, the heavy cream part will be very hard. So at least make sure to mix everything in lightly. Recipe by Tomochanh cookpad.japan -
