Easy Ice Cream for Halloween

I first heard this recipe from somebody and re-arranged it a little. It's a delicious ice cream that requires very little measuring.
Please do not over mix! Mix half of jam evenly then mix the remaining half of the jam lightly.
If you don’t mix heavy cream with jam at all, the heavy cream part will be very hard. So at least make sure to mix everything in lightly. Recipe by Tomochanh

Steps
- 1
Prepare the ingredients.
- 2
Crush the peanuts. Peanuts are optional but adding this gives more flavour and a high quality impression.
- 3
Add cookies. I used chocolate chip cookies as they were cheap. You can use ordinary cookies if you like.
- 4
Break the cookies up into rough pieces.
- 5
Pour in the heavy cream without measuring it!
- 6
Add all the strawberry jam from the jar. It is not big problem, more or less is fine!
- 7
No measurement needed.
- 8
Mix! You don’t have to mix evenly. It is better to leave the well-mixed part and jam lumps to enjoy different taste.
- 9
Chill in the freezer, and you're done.
- 10
It takes time to freeze. So if you want to have it for a special occasion, make this at least the day before.
