Ingredients

  1. 1 tbsp Gram Flour
  2. 3/4 cup Curd
  3. 1 tbsp-Oil
  4. 1 tspCumin Seeds
  5. 1 tspMustard Seeds
  6. 2 tbspCurry Leaves
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tspSugar
  9. 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  10. as neededWater

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl take gram flour, curd and water and make batter.

    Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and mustard seeds. As these start splatter, add asafetida. Now add curry leaves and ginger garlic paste. Mix well and cook for 1 min.

    Now add gram flour batter. Mix well, now add suar and salt and cook 5-6 min. Our curry is ready.
