Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put warm milk, water, melted butter, suger and yeast in a bowl, stir and let it bloom for atleast 5-10mins then add one egg and stir
- 2
Add the yeast to your sieved flour and salt, mix with a spoon till all the flour is incorporated then knead with your hands till you get a soft dough. Poke with your finger to check if the dough is ready, if it easily comes back, it's ready, if not continue kneading.

Hot Rolls Hot Rolls
This is the recipe I found 15 years ago in a charity cookbook I got. Those cookbooks are like the Dead Sea scrolls. Anyway, I had to rearrange it a bit to make it work for me. It can be made in a variety of different pans with add ins and toppings from sweet to savory. Keep in mind this is bread so it’s not overly sweet. I’ve used it in desserts and as dinner rolls and slab bread. It has a million uses. SherryRandall: The Leftover Chronicles -

Challah Challah
I adapted this recipe from a popular recipe I found online, but that one used shortening and had too much salt.I sorta lazily skipped most of the kneading. And I think that's why the loaves didn't really have a true braided definition like you would expect from a challah. Probably should have used a bit more flour as well. But, it turned out so good that I'm not sure I want to do it the right way. Ryan Goodwin -
Crescent Rolls Crescent Rolls
#breadsI love baking breads, especially love the flavoured kinds and rolls are pretty easy to handle. Here are famous crescent rolls which can be stuffed with cheese/meat or just left as is. Best eaten when warm and buttered. Sonia Shringarpure (Thefoodiedoodler) -
