add warm water yeast and sugar in bowl allow to bubble about 4 mins.

mix in flour half cup at a time. I used my mixer with the bread beater

once ball of dough is mixed remove beater and cover with plastic wrap cover with towel and let sit in warm area for half hour.

dough rises about three times its size punch it once and recover for another hour
- 5
make 9 balls and place in small greased baking dish. I let rise another 30 mins covered. baked at 400 on convection 10 mins. add butter top top. do not overcook!
