Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cupsugar
  2. 100 gmpaneer (shredded)1 cup
  3. 1/2 cupwater(optional)
  4. 5 tspcorn flour (optional)
  5. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  6. 7-8pistachios
  7. 1 litremilk
  8. 8-10almonds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil milk. Boil till it's half in quantity. Mix cornflour in water. Make a paste without lumps. Add slowly in boiling milk by continuously stirring it. (this step is optional,). Boil for few more minutes. Switch off the flame.keep aside.

    In a thick bottom vessel add sugar and 1/2 cup water and make sugar syrup. Add shredded paneer in sugar syrup.

    Now add sugar syrup in milk. Cook for few more minutes. Add cardamom powder. Let it cool down completely. Add finely chopped almonds and pistachio while serving.
