Eggless Chocolate Cake

Cooking Instructions

Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Add vinegar in milk, stir well and keep inside. Make sure your milk is at room temperature and not hot.

Sieve all the dry ingredients together and mix well. (Cocoa powder, flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder.)

Now add the rest of the wet ingredients (oil, mayonnaise and vanilla essence.) to the milk and vinegar mixture and whisk really well. (Mayonnaise just makes the cake extra moist. Trust me, you are not gonna taste it.)

Once your batter is ready, nicely grease your mold.

Now bake it in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 mins at 160°C.

When your cake it baked, take it out of your oven. Check by a toothpick. If it comes out cleans, the cake is ready to serve!

Now slowly in add your dry ingredients into your wet ones. Adding all the dry ingredients together will just make it hard to whisk and make the batter lumpy. So I prefer adding the dry ones in batches, likes thirds or so. This will help to combine them nicely. Add some and whisk, and then add some more.
