Ingredients

12 servings
  • wet
  • 3/4 cupCoconut oil
  • 4eggs
  • 2 cupsugar
  • 2 tspvanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cupmilk
  • dry
  • 2 cupall-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cupcocoa
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 1/4 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Mix sugar and melted oil in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Add rest of wet ingredients to oil and sugar mixture and blend.

  4. 4

    Slowly add wet ingredients to dry mixture and blend.

  5. 5

    Put mixture into greased baking pan and bake at 400 for 25-35 minutes until done.
