Ingredients

  1. 1cauliflower
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. 1 tablespoonroasted besan
  4. 1 tablespoonmustard oil
  5. 1/4 tsplime juice
  6. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  7. 1 teaspoonjeera dhania (cumin coriander)powder homemade
  8. 1/2 tablespoonKashmiri red chilli powder
  9. As neededwater
  10. To tastesalt
  11. 1 teaspoontanduri masala powder
  12. 1 teaspoongaram masala powder
  13. 1 tablespoonmustard powder soaked in hot water
  14. 2 teaspoonsginger garlic green chilli paste

Cooking Instructions

    Wash with water and boil the cauliflower with salt in hot water for fifteen minutes before cooking.

    Make a paste of all masala with mustard oil and curd,and cauliflower with the aforesaid paste well and keep rest for ten minutes.

    Now after the scheduled time,pre heat the microwave and after the pre heatedin180deg put the whole cauliflower in the microwave and baked for about twenty five minutes or till it's well cooked.

    Super Yummy and healthy masala gobi is ready to serve.
