Sardiyon ke laddoo - healthy and delicious! I usually make it early in December but winter this time is going very mild, so late but here they are My Nutri-balls, good to go for this season!

Ingredients

Makes
  1. 1 cupFlax seeds
  2. 1/2 cupPeanuts
  3. 1/4 cupSesame seeds
  4. 3/4 cupJaggery
  5. As requireddry fruits

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Dry roast all the ingredients separately and let them cool. Grind it to get a little chunky powder.

  2. 2

    Boil a cup of water, add a tsp ghee and jaggery powder. Mix until jaggery dissolves completely.

  3. 3

    Add all the roasted, ground ingredients into the jaggery syrup and mix nicely

  4. 4

    Make small nutritious balls when warm and store it in airtight container when it cools down.
