Ingredients

  1. 2 cupslong grain rice soaked
  2. 1 cupmix veg chopped in same size
  3. 1/4 cupgreen peas fresh
  4. 1chopped tomatoes
  5. 1/4 cupspring onion chopped
  6. 2 tspgarlic chopped
  7. 2 tspschezwan paste ready made
  8. 1 tspgreen chilli
  9. 1 tspwhite veniger
  10. 1 tspsoya sauce
  11. 1 tspchilli flakes
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 2 tbspoil
  14. 1 tspblack pepper crushed

Cooking Instructions

    In a big pan add 1 leter water,let it boil.

    Add washed & soaked rice.

  3. 3

    Add 1 tsp oil & salt.

  4. 4

    Cook it 80 percent.then remove it from the flame.drain the water & spread it on a wipe towel.

    Now take a pan add 2 tbsp oil,let it heat.

    Add garlic,green chilli, saute it.

    Add all chopped veggies,saute it,add tomato.cook it 1 mins.

    Now add all spices,& paste,mix it very well.sprinkle some water.

    Add all sauces,center,salt,mix it.

    Now add boiled rice,mix it very well.

    Add crushed black pepper.

    Sprinkle some spring onion.lid it 1 mins.

    Now sezwan rice it ready to serve.

    Enjoy hot schezwan rice.
