  9. 1 tspBlackPepper powder
  10. to tasteSalt

  12. 2 cupsgrated cabbage
  13. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  14. 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  15. 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  16. 1 tbspSoya sauce
  17. 1 tbspRed chilli sauce
  18. 4 cupAll purpose flour

Cooking Instructions

    🔹Method for Momos chutney
    Take water in a pan.
    Boil it and tomato to it.
    Boil for 10 minutes.
    Then let it cool down for 10 minutes.
    Now peel outer layering of it.
    Add all the above mention ingredients to it.
    Add little water to it.
    And grind it in the mixer.
    Our momos chutney is ready.

    🔹Method for Momos
    Take a bowl and put cabbage in it.

    Now squeeze it with both hands and remove excess water from it.
    Then add ginger garlic paste,chilli paste,salt,black pepper powder,soya sauce,chilli sauce.
    Mix it well.
    Take all purpose flour.
    Add salt to it.
    Mix it well and make soft dough of it.

    Make small balls of it.
    Roll it on rolling board with rolling pin.
    Feel stuffing to it with the help of spoon.
    Cover the edges of it.
    Take dhokla cooker or momos cooker.
    Put water in the bottom.

    Heat the gas and arrange all the momos in it.
    And stem it on medium flame for 15 minutes.
    Serve it with momos chutney and enjoy this scrumptious dish.
