Cooking Instructions

Mix salt,oil,flour and knead dough by adding water in batches,grease by oil and keep aside

Now in oil add veggies and salt and pepper,cook until a soft crunch in it

Now roll small thin poories from dough,place stuffing and seal it
- 4
Keep all in steamer and steam till a smooth shiny appearance on momos or bit hard in looking
- 5
Serve with chutney
