Ingredients

  1. 250 gminced meat
  2. 1onion diced
  3. 2 cupsbreadcrumbs
  4. 2eggs
  5. Salt and pepper
  6. Oil for deep frying
  7. 1 cupall purpose flour

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, mix your minced meat,one egg, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, onions, salt and pepper

    Mix till well combined

    In three separate bowls, beat an egg in one, put all purpose flour in another, and the remaining breadcrumbs in a another

  4. 4

    Shape your meat mixture into kebab like shapes..dip in flour, dredge excess flour, followed by eggs, and lastly breadcrumbs.. Deep fry till golden brown and well cooked on the inside

    Serve and enjoy
