Ingredients

  1. 1 kgGolden rice
  2. 1 kgSugar(1.25 as required)
  3. 500 gKhoya
  4. 250 g (1 cup)ghee
  5. 250 g(required) Chum Chum
  6. 25 gAlmond
  7. 25 gPistachio
  8. 25 gKajo
  9. 250 gPayta (patisa)
  10. 250 g(required) small gulab juman
  11. 8-10 piecesCardamom seed
  12. 2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak rice 2 hours

    Put a pan then add water boil

  3. 3

    Add rice and boiled until rice are full done

    Boiled rice stain it

  5. 5

    Take a pan heat the ghee

  6. 6

    Add cardamom seed and fry it

    Add khoya

  8. 8

    Add sugar and mix it up

    Also add 2 cup of water

    Then string continue

    Atleast 20 to 25 minutes khoya is nice golden colour

    Add boil rice

    Then flame is high and absorve the water

    Then dam to 10 minutes

    Also add nuts and chum Chum gulam jaman and payta is spread the rice

    Add low flame atleast 10 min slow flame

    Ready to eat
