Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgbesan/gram flour
  2. 1/2 kgDesi ghee
  3. 1/4 cupdry fruits chopped
  4. to tastepowdered sugar

Cooking Instructions

    In a kadhai add ghee and roast besan till brown.now add powdered sugar and dry fruits.mix well.cook for five minutes at medium flame.then let it cool at room temperature and after that make ladoo from the mixture.besam ladoo's are ready to serve.
