Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprawa
  2. 1/4 cupmaida
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  5. 1 teaspoonroasted cumin
  6. 1 teaspoongreen chilli paste
  7. 2 tablespoonsoil
  8. 2 cupsoil for fry

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl add rawa, maida

    Then add black pepper powder, roasted cumin.

  3. 3

    Then add green chilli paste, Salt.

  4. 4

    Then add oil and required water and make semi-tight dough, rest it for 15 mins.

  5. 5

    Then make small size balls and roll it in oval shape then prick with a fork, and deep fry in low to medium flame till crispy.
