Chano ko bigho ke, 4 glass pani me boil karlen

Oil me onion fry karen or nikal lein. tomatoes, hari mirchen lehsan adrak ka paste pees lein. oil me daal dein.

Fried onions ko grind karke add karen. phir tamam masalay daal kar achi tarah bhun lein

Bhunne ke baad chane add karen. chawal ko namak daal kar boil karliya or pateele me oil daalen phir chawal daalen or chane ka masala daal kar podina hara dhania hari mirchen or lemon or tomatoes daaal dein or teh laga dein.

Chawalon ki doobara teh lagayi, doodh or zarde ka rang mila kar isme add karke isko dam pe 5 min baaf mix karen.
