  1. 2 cupsGram flour
  2. 500 gramsmava
  3. As required dry fruits
  4. As required Ghee
  5. As required Oil
  6. 3 cupSugar powder
  7. As required Water
  8. 2 tspCardamon
  9. As required Water

Cooking Instructions

    Hello friends, first take a gram flour and knead a dough without oil and make a puri and break them.

    Now grind all the cut pieces of puri and roast with ghee then add sugar powder. Now take a mava on the plate.

    Add dry fruit, add cardamon powder and mix it all.

  4. 4

    Take a flour on bowl add oil and knead a dough with water.

  5. 5

    Now make a little size of chapatis and put the ingredients in it and deep fry in oil and your gujiya is ready.

Thnkuu soo much for sharing this crisp Ghujiya recipe, I really want to try your recipe today itself just let me know that have you taken wheat flour or all purpose flour and also in what quantity? Pls let me know that how much ghee is required for the same.
