Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgcauliflower
  2. 2potatoes
  3. 2onions
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 100 gramgreen peas
  6. 1/2 InchGinger
  7. 5Garlic cloves
  8. 1spring curry leaves
  9. to tasterock salt
  10. 1 tspRed Chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  12. 1/2 tbspkasuri methi/ dried fenugreek
  13. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  14. 1/2 tspJeera/cumin seeds
  15. 1/2 tspAvalu/Mustard seeds
  16. as neededCoriander leaves
  17. 1 tspGaram masala
  18. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut cauliflower. Soak it in water with salt for 15 minutes.

    Cut onions and potatoes.

  3. 3

    Cut tomatoes.

    Make ginger garlic paste.

  5. 5

    Heat kadai with oil. Add jeera, mustard seeds. Add onions, Ginger garlic paste, curry leaves. Cook on low flame for 5 minutes or until thr onions become translucent.

    Add tomatoes and rock salt. Cook until the oil seeps out of tomatoes.

    Add turmeric and chilli powder.

    Add potatoes and green peas. Cook for a minute.

    Add cauliflower. Mix it. Cook it for 15 minutes until the oil seeps out and both the potatoes and cauliflower are cooked (taste test).

    Add coriander powder and dried fenugreek powder. Cook for a minute.

    Add garam masala and coriander and let it cook for another 2 minutes. Serve.
