Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmalai/cream
  2. 1 cupmilk powder
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 2 cupsmaida/All purpose flour
  5. 1 cupmilk
  6. as neededVanilla essence
  7. 200 gmdark chocolate
  8. 100 gmfresh cream
  9. 2 tablespoonbutter
  10. As neededDecorative material
  11. 1/2 tspBaking powder
  12. 1/4 tspBaking soda
  13. as neededCoco powder

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve maida, coco powder,1teaspoon baking powder.half teaspoon baking soda,twice.

    Now in mixer add 1 cup sugar,1cup milk powder, 1 cup malai.grind it.

    Now take out wet ingredients in big bowl add slowly dry ingredients to it.

    Now grese cake mould with some butter or olive oil.put butter paper, pour mixture in mould.take pressure cooker take out it's ring

    Put mould in it first 10 min on mid flame and next 35 mins on low flame bake the cake.

    In bowl take 200gms dark chocolate.melt it by double boiling method.add fresh cream and butter. Take out of flame. Ganache is ready.

    Pour some sugar syrup to keep your cake moist inside.then pour ganache on it and decorate it with sugar decoratives.
