Ingredients

  1. 1 headcauliflower
  2. 3potatoes
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 3-4green chilies
  5. 1 pieceginger
  6. 1/2 cupoil
  7. 1 teaspooncumin seeds, bay leaf
  8. 1/2 teaspoonasafoetida
  9. 1 teaspoonsalt
  10. 1 teaspoonred chili powder
  11. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  12. 1 teaspoondried fenugreek leaves
  13. 2 teaspoonscoriander powder
  14. 1 teaspoonvegetable masala
  15. 1/4 cupfresh green peas

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and chop the potatoes and cut the cauliflower. Make a paste of tomatoes, ginger, and green chilies.

    Heat oil in a pan, fry the chopped potatoes, and set aside. Fry the cauliflower and set aside.

    Then add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan.

    Add asafoetida, cumin seeds, and bay leaf, then mix in the tomato paste, salt to taste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, dried fenugreek leaves, fried potatoes, cauliflower, fresh peas, and vegetable masala powder.

    Transfer the prepared sabzi to a serving bowl and serve.
