Ingredients

  1. 250 gmMutton mince
  2. 100 gmChana dal
  3. Bay leaf 2
  4. 2 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 2Cinnamon
  7. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  8. Onion 2 chopped
  9. 1/2 teaspoonGinger chopped
  10. 1/2 teaspoonGarlic chopped
  11. 3Green chilli chopped
  12. Coriander leaves few
  13. Oil for shallow frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a pressure cooker add mince, chana daal, bay leaf, cinnamon, red chilli powder, giner and garlic and pressure cooked till dal and mice become soft

    When it's well cooked off the flame and grind all the mixture well

  3. 3

    In a big bow add grind mixture, chopped onion, green chilli and coriander mix well

  4. 4

    Now add garam masala powder and salt mix well

  5. 5

    Take a small portion and make a small round shape kabab

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry all the kabaab

  7. 7

    Serve hot as a side dish or starter
