Ingredients

10 person
  1. 2 kgbeef
  2. 2small cup oil
  3. 4medium size onion
  4. 2 tbls ginger garlic paste
  5. 6tomatoes
  6. 1full peice hara dhania
  7. 1full peice podina
  8. 1 tea spoonfood biryani orange colour
  9. 1 tblsbiryani easence
  10. 4-5rice i use sella(dip in water three hour)
  11. Homemade biryani masala
  12. 1peice of jaifel (nutmeg)
  13. 4broken darchini (cinnamon)
  14. 1 tblsloung (cloves)
  15. 10-11hari Elaichi (green cardamom)
  16. 3badyan ke phol (star anise)
  17. 15-25sabut lal mirch (button red chilli)
  18. 1/2 tblskali mirch (black pepper)
  19. 3 tblssabut dhania (whole corona)
  20. 1&1/2 tbls zeera (cumin seeds)
  21. 7-8blades javtri (mace)
  22. 1 tblskala zeera (carawy seeds)
  23. 9-10taiz pat (bay leaves)
  24. 1 tblssalt
  25. 3 tblspaprika powder
  26. 1/2 tblshaldi powder (turmeric)
  27. 1 tblstatri (citric acid)
  28. 1 tblssabut kali mirch(black pepper)
  29. 1large broken darchini (cinnamon)
  30. 9-10hari Elaichi (green cardamom)
  31. 8-9sukha alo bukhara (dreid plump)
  32. 9-10taiz pat (bay leave)

Cooking Instructions

    Biryani masala: In frying pan,add nutmeg,black cardamom,cinnamon sticks,star anise,button red chillies and dry roast for 30 seconds. Add black peppercorns,cloves,green cardamom and mix. Add coriander seeds,cumin seeds,mace,caraway seeds,bay leaves and dry roast until fragrant. Let it cool down.

    In spice mixer,add roasted spices and grind to make a powder & take out in a bowl.in spice mixer,add salt,paprika powder,turmeric powder,citric acid and grind well then take out in a bowl and mix well Add black papercorns,cinnamon sticks,green cardamom,dried plums and mix well.Add bay leaves and mix.Can be stored in air tight container for up to 3 months (yields 200 gms for 2 kg biryani)

    Biryani method: take one pan and let it done onion till brown add ginger garlic paste and add meat..

    Five min cook meat even remove smell and add three of tomatoes slice cutting and mix very well

    Add green chilli cook three min.add biryani masala three tablespoon ten min cook

    Mix two glass of water and medium flame cook 30 min

    After done biryani add hald cup dhania podina and let it cover for three min

    Sella rice boil keralin ek kani chohr dain boil kerte time loung two podina and green cardamom dal kar boil kerlain

    Rice done ho jain toh ek big degchi main first layer of tomato ki lagain is se biryani nahi lagti

    All biryani mererial dal dain aur ooper se podina hara dhania tomatoo cut kerke dal dain and ooper se full rice se cover kerdain halka sa oil spread kerdain biryani ky saalan ka and biryani essence or kewra water main orange food colour mox kerke spread kerdain..main is main banati hon 😊degh main😇

    Last main dum per rakh dain 15 min
