Cooking Instructions

Once the vegetables are washed, take a chopping board and finely chop the vegetables, take a large bowl and squeeze out the excess water from cabbage and carrots. Mix them with cornflour, pepper powder, salt, all-purpose flour, ginger, garlic and chopped spring onions.

You can add more cornflour if you find it difficult to make balls. Keep the balls in the refrigerator for half and hour. Then take a shallow fry pan and heat the oil on medium flame, once the oil is hot enough, deep fry the Manchurian balls till it turns golden brown.

Then take another pan and heat oil,then add ginger,garlic and white part of spring onion

Salute on high flame for a minute and add salt,paper,tomato sauce and soy sauce. Add 1 cup of water to it and when it boils add the cornstarch paste. As soon as the sauce begins to thicken,add the balls prepaire earlier and remove from heat. Chop the green portion of the spring onion and sprinkle on the sauce. Veg Manchurian ready to serve
