Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgrated carrot
  2. 1cupgrated cabbage
  3. 1cup chopped cauliflower
  4. 2 tbspfinely chopped spring onions
  5. chopped capsicum
  6. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  7. 2 tablespoon cornflour
  8. all purpose flour
  9. salt
  10. oil
  11. ginger
  12. garlic
  13. onions
  14. soya sauce
  15. tomato ketchup
  16. 1/2 tspajinomoto
  17. garm masala
  18. red chilli powder
  19. jeera powder
  20. spring onions for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Take 1 cup grated carrot, 1cup finely chopped Cabbage 1cup finely chopped cauliflower 2 tablespoon finely chopped spring onion,chopped capsicum,1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 2 tablespoon cornflour salt to taste n mix it well.

    Shape into small round balls and deep fry till golden brown on a medium flame.drain on kitchen tissues and keep aside.

    ●FOR GRAVY 1) Heat oil. Cook the grated onions, ginger, garlic,. Then add salt n red chilli powder n jeera powder.

    Add soya sauce n tomato ketchup. Then add 1/2 tspn cornflour by adding it in 2 tbsp water n ajinomoto 1/2 tspn.

    Add balls n cook it fr 5 mins. Now add grm masala in it.

    Serve it by garnishing spring onions.
