Ingredients

  1. 250 grampoha
  2. 1 tspmustard seeds
  3. 1chopped onion
  4. 3grinded tomatoes
  5. 1 tbsplemon juice
  6. 2 tspsalt
  7. 2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 2chopped potato
  10. 1/2 cupboiled peas
  11. as neededoil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil & deep fry the potatoes. Add mustard seeds & cook till they crackle up.

    Add onions & cook for 2 minutes,add tomatoes & cook for 2cminutes.add all the vegetables & spices. mix well. cook till all vegetables are cooked.

    Add soaked poha & mix well.

  4. 4

    Serve hot
