  9. 1 tspChola masala
  10. 1 tspCoriander leaves
  11. As neededOil
  12. 3-4cloves
  13. 1 tspKasturi methi
  14. 1 tsphing/asafoetida

    Soak the chickpeas overnight.

    Then boil it. Onion Tomato Long Green Coriander.Make a paste of all these. Take a pan. Add oil add cumin seeds, hing & paste. Fry well till ingredients turns light red.

    Then add chole & some water. Cook the chickpeas well. Open the cooker. If Chola is ready then add coriander leaves & Serve hot.
