Ingredients

  1. 3potato
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 1 tsppoppy seed
  4. 2green chillies
  5. 4 tspoil
  6. 1 tspkasmiri chilli powder
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspperi peri powder

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the potatoes in little thick in size.

    Take a pan add add oil in it. Add curry leaves and green chilli to it

  3. 3

    After it leaves it's aroma add the potatoes in to it. Mix it with the oil. Cover it for 1min.

    Add poppy seeds to it and mix it with the potato. Then add the onion to it and cook it for 2min in a low flame.

    Then add all the masalas to it, mix it well and cover it and cook it for another 20min in a low flame. Strir it occasionally. Serve hot with rice or khichdi.
