Cauliflower Curry Mayo Cheese Bake

‘Curry Flavoured Roasted Cauliflower’ is one of my favourite Cauliflower dishes. One day I tried to cook it using Japanese Mayonnaise instead of Olive Oil. It was delicious. Today I added Cheese. It was more delicious.
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 200℃.

Combine Japanese Mayonnaise, Curry Powder and some Garlic Powder (*optional) in a bowl. Add Cauliflower florets and mix to coat all florets well.

Place the Cauliflower florets in a baking dish and spread evenly in a single layer if possible.

Sprinkle with some Salt, Black Pepper and shredded Cheese, and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until nicely browned.

Curry Pizza
This pizza has been popular with my kids ever since they were small, and even now that they are in high school.
