  1. 1kheera (cucumber) grated
  2. 200 gmdahi/curd
  3. 1 tspblack salt
  4. 1 tspraita masala
  5. 1 pinchred chilli powder
  6. 1 pinchdried mint leaves
  7. 2 tspfresh mint leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl,add curd.

    Whisk it.

    Add gratedkheera.

    Mix it

    Now add all spices,salt,mint leaves,mix it.

    If you want cool,keep it in the fridge for 30 mins.

    It is a good combination,for our health.

    We can have it alone,or with food.
