Ingredients

  1. 2 cupboiled brown chana
  2. 1/2 cupboiled and chopped potato
  3. 1 cupchopped onion
  4. 1 cupchopped tomato
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspblack salt
  7. 1 tspcoriander powder
  8. 1 tspchaat masala
  9. 2 tspchopped coriander leaves
  10. 2 tbspLemon juice
  11. As neededChopped raw mango

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil to kadhai. Add cumin seeds. Let it crackles. Then add boiled chana to it.

    Take all dry masalas in one bowl and add 2 tbsp of water to it. Add that masala to chana. Add boiled and chopped potatoes to it and stir it well

    Take it in the bowl. Let it cool down for 10 minutes. Then add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander, lemon juice and mix it well. While serving garnish with some chopped onion, chopped raw mango, sev and lemon
