Ingredients

24 serving
  1. 24samoosa patti
  2. 250 gmsbeef minced
  3. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  4. 4chopped green chilles
  5. 1/4 cupchopped green coriander
  6. 1 tspall spices powder (garam masala)
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1 tspdry grounded coriander
  9. 1 tspred chilli flakes
  10. 1 tspturmeric
  11. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  12. 1lemon
  13. 1egg for pasting

Cooking Instructions

    Take some samoosa patties and add minced in a pan add salt red chilli flakes and dry ground coriander and turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste and lemon and cook till all water disappear

    Then after cooling down add all spices powder then chopped onion green coriander and green chillies put all these on kitchen tissue roll for 1/2 hour so all moisture wipe out

    Then add chopped veggies in minced mix then next step is making samoosa

    For making samoosa take samoosa patti turn it in triangle shape full minced mix then stick all wrap with egg wash and then deep fried it
