Soy Sauce & Sesame Sauce ✿ Classic Hiyashi Chuka (Cold Ramen) ✿ Soy Sauce & Sesame Sauce ✿ Classic Hiyashi Chuka (Cold Ramen) ✿
Thank you for making this recipe popular! For those who love extra sauce, this refreshing cold ramen with plenty of light, flavorful sauce is the best. I’ll also show you easy ways to make shredded egg and steamed chicken.About this recipe:Cold ramen is especially delicious in hot weather. Since I like a lot of sauce, I found that the packets with store-bought noodles never have enough. So, I started making my own sauce to go with fresh Chinese noodles, and now everyone can customize their own bowl. Enjoy hiyashi chuka all year round! アトリエ沙羅Translated from Cookpad Japan -

Low-Carb Shredded Chicken and Zucchini Cold Noodles Low-Carb Shredded Chicken and Zucchini Cold Noodles
This shredded chicken and zucchini cold noodle dish replaces starchy noodles with shredded zucchini, significantly reducing calories and carbs! For the sauce, I use readily available condiments from the fridge, mixing homemade plum vinegar with Japanese soy sauce and chili oil. It's slightly sour and spicy, perfect for summer! I recommend making extra shredded chicken to store in the fridge. I usually prepare about 300 grams (about 10 1/2 oz) of chicken breast from the supermarket at once, but only use about 50 grams (about 1 3/4 oz) per meal. The rest can be stir-fried with different shredded vegetables, added to scallion omelets, or used in rice balls and sandwiches for a convenient low-calorie protein option! ★ For more high-fiber, low-carb recipes, check out my new book, 'My Low-Carb High-Plant Table: 66 Recipes for Everyday Cooking, Breakfast, Cold Dishes, Soups, and Snacks'.https://reurl.cc/06d9q9★ Visit my Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/2016happy365/★ Blog http://bear0630.pixnet.net/blog★ IG 🔎happycooking365 胖仙女Translated from Cookpad Taiwan -

Chrysanthemum Greens & Chicken with Sesame Sauce Chrysanthemum Greens & Chicken with Sesame Sauce
In Korea, they often eat uncooked chrysanthemum greens, but they also prepare it in a 'namul' type dish.1. Don't boil the chrysanthemum for too long. The fragrance and the texture will be ruined.2. First combine the seasoning ingredients to make a strong flavor. Then add the sesame oil and sesame seeds. It will come out so much better if you follow the correct order to add the ingredients.
