Motton yakni pulao

#cookwithhuma.This pulao is my mother’s special recipe, my family love 💓 it ,so i want to make in aftari with mint raita.
Cooking Instructions

Take a pot(patili) add all the whole spices with motton and water and cook untill motton is tender and 4 cups of stock remains left then keep aside (if u want to make a potli muslim cloth for garam masala then make it) i cook the whole spies in water with motton directly

Now take a pot add oil, brown onion ginger garlic paste fry it then add with motton fry for 5 min

Add all the spies then add a lit bit water and cover the lid for 2 min

Then open the lid add yogurt and tomato paste fry it,after 5 minutes add yakni

Now yakni is boiling then add rice cook on medium flame 🔥 for 10 minutes

Now add sabut green chilli also in polao

Now slow the heat add zeera powder,Garam Masala powder,kiura water only few drops for aroma and jaifal javitri powder in pulao then finally cover the lid for 15 minutes on low flame for dam

After 15 minutes open the lid check the rice is ready then ready to serve

Pulao serve with mint raita.
