Ingredients

  1. 1 kgmotton with bones
  2. Ingredients for yakni
  3. 2onion 🧅
  4. 1 inch piece ginger
  5. 2 potli garlic
  6. 4 cinnamon stick
  7. 6 clove
  8. 4 cardamon
  9. 3 star anise phool
  10. 4 tbsp whole Corriender
  11. 8 cups water
  12. Ingredients for pulao
  13. 3/4 cup oil
  14. 750 gms rice soaked
  15. 2 black cardamom
  16. 1 cinnamon stick
  17. 6 cloves
  18. 6 black pepper
  19. 1 +1tbsp ginger garlic paste heap
  20. 1 tsp green chilli paste
  21. 3/4 cup brown onion 🧅
  22. 1 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  23. 1/4 cup yogurt
  24. 1 large tomato paste
  25. 2 large green chilli
  26. 1/4 tsp jaifal javitri powder
  27. Few drops of kewra water
  28. 1/4 +1/4 tsp of zeera powder +Garam Masala powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pot(patili) add all the whole spices with motton and water and cook untill motton is tender and 4 cups of stock remains left then keep aside (if u want to make a potli muslim cloth for garam masala then make it) i cook the whole spies in water with motton directly

    Now take a pot add oil, brown onion ginger garlic paste fry it then add with motton fry for 5 min

    Add all the spies then add a lit bit water and cover the lid for 2 min

    Then open the lid add yogurt and tomato paste fry it,after 5 minutes add yakni

  5. 5

    Now yakni is boiling then add rice cook on medium flame 🔥 for 10 minutes

    Now add sabut green chilli also in polao

    Now slow the heat add zeera powder,Garam Masala powder,kiura water only few drops for aroma and jaifal javitri powder in pulao then finally cover the lid for 15 minutes on low flame for dam

    After 15 minutes open the lid check the rice is ready then ready to serve

    Pulao serve with mint raita.
