Ingredients

  1. 1/2 bowlsewiyan
  2. 1/2 bowldates
  3. as neededDry fruits
  4. 750 mlmilk
  5. 3 tsp ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Soak dates in milk.

  2. 2

    Roast sevai in ghee till golden brown.

  3. 3

    Make paste of dates.

  4. 4

    Boil milk reduce to 3/4 then add roasted sevai cook sevai till soft then add dates paste.

  5. 5

    Mix all together add dry fruits and ready to serve.
