  4. 1/2,Tamater
  5. 2, Hari mirch
  6. 1/4Hara dhaniya (gathi)
  7. 1,Tbsp laal pissi mirch
  8. 1, Tsp haldi
  9. 1/2,Tbs namak
  10. 1, Tbs sabit sookha dhaniya
  11. 1, Tbsp zeera
  12. 1, Tbs Ajwain
  13. 1/2, leemo ka ras
  14. 1, Tsp baking powder

Cooking Instructions

    Sab sy pehlay besan main namak, lal pissi mirch, haldi, zeera,sabit dhaniy, ajwain, leemo ka ras, hari mirch bareek kat ke and hara dhainya kat ke and baking powder dal ke pani sy pesan ko achi tarha mix kar ke 20 mint rest dain.
