Pork and Miso go very well together. ‘Butajiru’, OR ‘Tonjiru’, is a very popular Pork and Miso soup. You need a variety of ingredients to make it, but this simple Pork and Cabbage only version is also delicious. You can add other vegetables such as Onion, Carrot, Shiitake, or etc.
