  1. 5big potatoes
  2. Cooking oil for deep frying
  3. Paste (1 cup flour, tumeric powder, salt and water mixed)

    Chop the potatoes then wash.

    Slice them then deep in the paste

  3. 3

    Heat oil till well heated. Dip the potatoes and cook till crunchy

  4. 4

    Serve with chilli sauce and some cucumber
