Add besan to the bowl add red chilli powder,salt,paprika powder,mix herbs,oregano and ginger garlic paste, add water to it and mix well..the consistency of batter should not be too thick nor too runny. Marinate for about half an hour!

At the time of frying the bhajiyas, add a pinch of baking soda to the besan batter and give a proper mix! Then,thin slice the potatoes,dip in the batter, roll it from both the sides and deep fry it in oil till golden brown in colour! Ready to serve the super soft tasty bhajiyas🙂
