Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl add besan, garam masala, kashmir red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder and mix well, don't use water to mix

Wash the Broccoli florets and keep aside

Now heat a pan add 2 tsp oil and crackle cumin seeds, add hing

Now add broccoli florets and stir fry for 10 minutes in medium flame

Now sprinkle few salt then add prepared besan mixture

Stir well till cook,

Now add 1 tsp of oil and stir till it crispy, serve hot with roti
